I have never seen as many goldfinches in my garden as I have this last week.Apart from this seven on the niger seed I had some on the sunflower hearts too.A lot of juveniles around and I saw one still fluttering its wings wanting to be fed by mum

How lovely, so many Goldfinches! Mine seem to have disappeared at the moment. I get an occasional two and with a juvenile who continues to beg for food from its parents.

The Goldfinches look so pretty clustered together like that Sheila, they have been very active in our garden too and eating us out of house and home! I'm no help on the bird below I'm afraid but I enjoyed seeing it :)

great shots of the goldfinches sheila, not very often that you see so many on your feeders, no idea as to what the bird on your previous post is,

They look like great entertainment. You have convinced me to by a new nyger feeder with more perches on it,
